Every person who approaches a training course has aspirations, expectations linked to their own experience or, more simply, to the projection of themselves into the world of work. But I believe that in every new experience, it is essential to put aside all your past beliefs and experiences, in order to experience each moment in a completely new way. GR Floral Academy was born to respond to the continuous demand for trained and competent professionals, professionals ready, in every way, to respond to the needs of a market that has always been extremely demanding and constantly evolving. Ogni Master Class è un'esperienza, ha sempre un grande valore per chi vuole entrare a far parte di questo mondo e, soprattutto, per capire se questo è il lavoro che si vuole fare nella vita. During the training days, all the aspects that characterize a large installation are addressed. Group lessons alternate with personal focuses in a training marathon lasting approximately 4 days. The culmination of the Master Class is a great final event, entirely carried out by the students under my supervision together with my staff. The Master Class is suitable for those who want to get to know the world of Flower Design closely and, at the same time, get involved, working side by side with professionals of the sector, to the creation of a large event. Duration: approximately 4 days. The One to One course is a real academy lasting 5 months. Unlike collective courses, this is an extremely complex and in-depth path, with the aim of fully training operators in the sector ready to work from the next season. The individual and personalized training plan includes monthly meetings (approximately 6/7 per month depending on the state of learning), from November to March. The course is limited number, accessible to a maximum of 5 people, with an entrance test. The entrance test is free and includes a day in the laboratory with me to understand if the conditions exist, in my opinion basic judgment, to start this path.Floral Academy
